Refund Policy

Our refund policy ensures that all clients can receive a full refund if sessions and services are canceled at least 48 in advance. Additionally, clients can reschedule their appointments free of charge up to 4 hours before the session begins, selecting a new time from our availability calendar. Please note that a maximum of two reschedulings is allowed per booked session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
